Accessing, visiting and using the website www.claudiasimona.com are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Submitting an order through the site constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions applicable on that date.

CA CLASSIC STUDIO S.R.L. may update the content of the site and the Terms and Conditions as a result of legislative, commercial or technical changes. The updated version takes effect on the date of publication and applies only to subsequent use and orders. Orders confirmed earlier remain governed by the Terms and Conditions applicable on the date the contract was concluded.

Information on products, prices, availability and offers may be updated before an order is confirmed, without affecting previously confirmed orders.

The content of the site, including texts, images, graphic materials, design elements, trademarks, logos and video materials, belongs to CA CLASSIC STUDIO S.R.L. or is used with the consent of the right holders. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing or using this content for commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written consent of the right holder, except where permitted by law.

The site must be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the applicable legislation.

The site is operated by CA CLASSIC STUDIO S.R.L., tax ID (CUI) 54184441, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2026015143008, with its registered office at Str. Viorii nr. 17, camera 3, ap. 2, sat Moșnița Veche, com. Moșnița Nouă, jud. Timiș. Contact details: contact@claudiasimona.com and +40 761 417 779. The company is not registered for VAT. Using the site and submitting an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The principal activity is CAEN 1410 — manufacture of knitted and crocheted apparel. Secondary activities include CAEN 1421 — wearing apparel, CAEN 4771 — retail sale of clothing and CAEN 7411 — fashion design. Products are sold exclusively online, with no physical store or point of sale open to the public. Orders are shipped from the company's registered office.

In accordance with Order no. 225/2023 of the President of the National Authority for Consumer Protection, the company's registration documents are the certificate of registration issued by the National Trade Registry Office, the company being registered on 5 March 2026, and ascertaining certificate no. 765962 of 19 February 2026, issued on 9 March 2026 by the Trade Registry Office attached to the Timiș Tribunal under Law no. 265/2022. The ascertaining certificate is valid until the operating conditions or declared activities change.

In accordance with art. 4 (1) of Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce, the activity is not subject to any prior authorization. No authorizations, permits or licenses other than the registration documents mentioned above are required.

Completing and submitting an order entails the obligation to pay for the ordered products. Registration of the order is confirmed by email to the address provided during the ordering process. The distance sales contract is concluded on the date CA CLASSIC STUDIO S.R.L. sends its confirmation of acceptance of the order.

An order may be refused or cancelled if the product is unavailable, if incomplete or incorrect billing or delivery details are provided, if an erroneous price was displayed due to a technical fault, or if there are indications of possible fraudulent use. In such cases a notification is sent by email and any amounts paid are refunded in full.

The displayed prices are expressed in the selected currency and are the final prices of the products. As the company is not registered for VAT, the displayed prices do not include VAT. Delivery costs are indicated separately, before the order is submitted.

Payment is made online by bank card through the payment processor Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are entered and processed directly by the payment processor and are not accessed or stored by CA CLASSIC STUDIO S.R.L..

Products are made to order in the company's studio, within 1 to a maximum of 14 working days from order confirmation. Once made, the order is handed to the Sameday courier and is typically delivered within 1–2 working days of dispatch — to the indicated address, an easybox locker or a Sameday pick-up point, anywhere in Romania. During busy periods (holidays, campaigns), delivery may take a few days longer.

The delivery cost is displayed at checkout, before the order is submitted. Free personal pickup of the order from the studio in Moșnița Veche, Timiș county, is also available. Once the order is ready, a notification is sent by email and the pickup date is then arranged by telephone. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 18:00.

The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer other than the courier, takes physical possession of the products.

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. Returns are free of charge through the methods provided by the company: Sameday courier or easybox via the online form, or personal drop-off at the studio. If the consumer chooses to ship through another courier company, that cost is borne by the consumer.

The procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, the conditions applicable to returns, the return address, the refund method, the legal exceptions and the withdrawal form are available in the "Delivery & Returns" section of the site.

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021. CA CLASSIC STUDIO S.R.L. is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and identified within two years of the delivery date.

The legal warranty of conformity does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use or damage caused by failure to follow the washing, drying, ironing, storage or care instructions.

If a lack of conformity is identified, the corrective remedies provided by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021 apply, at no cost to the consumer.

Complaints may be sent by email to contact@claudiasimona.com or by phone at +40 761 417 779. A reply is provided within no more than 30 calendar days of the date the complaint is registered.

Any disagreement between CA CLASSIC STUDIO S.R.L. and consumers is pursued, as a priority, through amicable resolution.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) procedure. The competent body is the SAL Directorate within ANPC, and requests may be filed through the SAL electronic platform: https://reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably or through alternative procedures are brought before the competent courts, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Using the amicable or SAL procedure does not limit the consumer's right to bring the matter before the competent courts.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as the contracts concluded through the site, are governed by Romanian law. The application of Romanian law does not affect the mandatory rights and guarantees granted to consumers under the applicable legislation.
