Cookie Policy
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored by the browser when visiting a site. Some are needed for the shop to work, others serve to understand how the site is used.
Analytics and marketing cookies are only set with the user's explicit consent, given through the cookie banner, and as separate categories: each category may be accepted independently of the other. Until consent is given, no script from that category is loaded and no such cookie is written.
2. Cookies used by this site
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration | Category |

| _cs_jwt | Login session for account holders | 7 days | Strictly necessary |

| _cs_country | Detected country, for showing the right region | 24 hours | Strictly necessary |
| _cs_cache_id | Technical cache identifier | 24 hours | Strictly necessary |
| _cs_cookie_consent | Remembers the choice made in the cookie banner | 1 year | Strictly necessary |
| __stripe_mid | Set by Stripe for card payment fraud prevention | 1 year | Strictly necessary |

| _clsk | Set by Microsoft Clarity to join the pages seen in one visit into a single recording | 1 day | Analytics |
| _fbp | Set by Meta to recognise the browser across visits and measure how ads perform | 90 days | Marketing |

The Stripe cookies above are only set on the pages where the payment form loads.
The Google Analytics cookies are only set once the “Analytics” category in the cookie banner is accepted. If it is declined, the script is not loaded at all. The second name ends with the measurement property identifier, so in the browser it appears as _ga_ followed by a string of letters and digits.
The Microsoft Clarity cookies depend on the same “Analytics” category. Clarity records how the site is used — scrolling, clicks, the pages viewed — in order to identify usability difficulties. The fields filled in, the address and the order details are masked before they leave the browser, and card details never reach the controller, as they are entered directly with Stripe. If consent is withdrawn, these cookies are deleted.
Meta cookies depend on the “Marketing” category. If it is refused, the Meta script is not loaded at all and none of these cookies is written. On the basis of consent, they are used to measure how the Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to display relevant ads. The event for a placed order is also sent directly from the server to Meta, again only if this category was accepted. Withdrawing consent stops further collection and transmission and deletes the Meta cookies from the site; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal, and it does not automatically erase data already sent to Meta.
3. Controlling cookies
The choice made in the cookie banner may be changed at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page.
Cookies may be deleted or blocked at any time in the browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may make the cart or login unusable.
