Delivery & Returns

Orders are processed Monday to Friday; orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter production on the next working day. All products are made to order in the company's studio, within 1 to a maximum of 14 working days from order confirmation. A notification is sent by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.

Delivery is available anywhere in Romania via Sameday — to the indicated address, an easybox locker or a pick-up point — typically within 1–2 working days of dispatch; during busy periods it may take a few days longer. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Free personal pickup of the order from the studio in Moșnița Veche, Timiș county, is also available. Once the order is ready, a notification is sent by email and the pickup date is then arranged by telephone. Pickup is available Monday to Friday, between 10:00 and 18:00.

Under Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the products, without giving any reason — including before delivery, from the moment the order is placed. Made-to-order garments in the standard sizes offered on this site keep this right in full; the legal exception covers only items personalised at the consumer's request and sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

The withdrawal may be communicated through the online form — the "Withdraw from contract here" link at the bottom of the site, with an acknowledgement sent immediately by email — or by an unequivocal statement sent to contact@claudiasimona.com. The products must then be returned, in the condition received, within 14 days of the notice, to: Str. Viorii nr. 17, camera 3, ap. 2, sat Moșnița Veche, com. Moșnița Nouă, jud. Timiș.

Returns are free of charge through the methods provided in the online form — Sameday courier pickup or easybox drop-off with a return code — or by personal drop-off at the studio. If the consumer chooses to ship through another courier company, that cost is borne by the consumer. For an item delivered faulty, wrong or damaged, the legal warranty of conformity applies (Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021).

The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned parcel, using the same payment method as the order. Products must come back in the condition received, unworn and with the tags attached.
